I think that we can't 删除 民意调查 in order to prevent people from deleting a 民意调查 whether the result doesn't go the way they want it to. 由 needing to 报道 a 民意调查 to get it deleted, this ensures that the 民意调查 only gets removed if there's a genuine problem 或者 error in it.
Because this site is all wrong, that's why. They think 测验 and 民意调查 belong to 潮流粉丝俱乐部 community, not to the people who made them. I have to 报道 my own 测验 and 民意调查 too, if I want them to be deleted. If 你 ask me, there should be a 删除 option for both 测验 and 民意调查 on this site.

Everything on 潮流粉丝俱乐部 does belong to the community at large 或者 the club, as much as they belong to anyone. That's the entire idea of Fanpop. It's sharing.
