Where is the option to classify 俱乐部 as "dedicated" "die Hard" and stuff?

I've seen these things on other people's profiles but I dont have anything like that..
Where do I find option to set these?

你 shoudl not "get" people to say 你 are 粉丝 of them... that is cheating. 粉丝 are people 你 do NOT know 或者 who just happen to like different things. :/

I didn't mean "get" as in asking/begging people to 粉丝 them. I just meant that people did 粉丝 them. Couldn't think of a better way to phrase it.
