1. Do a search, to make sure that 你 aren't creating a duplicate of an existing club.
If there isn't a club with that topic already, continue.
2. Go to the 最佳, 返回页首 page (click the 潮流粉丝俱乐部 logo in the upper left)
3. Scroll down until 你 see the "create a club" link in the "Browse clubs" module (right column, near the bottom). Click "create a club".
4. Fill out the form. 提交 it.
5. The club is created. Now click "edit club" to 上传 a logo and banner.
