It's not the last day; it's just the 100 most 最近的 更新 (pages 1 - 5, with 20 to a page). Depending on how many 俱乐部 are in your 列表 and/or what 更新 filter 你 use, that could be anything from the past three months to the last ten minutes.

In general, 你 get a 列表 that goes further back if 你 use the drop-down filter. For instance, 你 could sort 由 "Articles" and probably see a lot further back than, say, "Picks" (and certainly further back than "All updates").
