I may change my vote to the romance- I absolutely love the romance.
I sincerely think Little Mermaid has the best plot of the disney princess movies.

the premise of a mermaid loving a human is one that I love

I absolutely LOVE every single thing about it. The best parts are the characters and plot though.

I mean, it's main character is my favorite princess, the love interest is well developed and a TOTAL sweetheart, and with Flounder, Sebastian, and Scuttle as sidekicks, you can't go wrong!

I also love the whole "mermaid falling for a human" thing, and how they managed to keep most of the original plot and still add their own touches.

^^anyone who says Eric doesn't have a personality CLEARLY hasn't watched the movie in awhile.

I know most peaple think its a bad love story becuse she falls in love with him at first sight but i like the romantic moments they have like in the Kiss the girl song

Romance- Very good love story... it and Beauty and the Beast are the most romantic Disney Princess movies in my opinion.

Plot- Also, very, very good.

Characters- Love them.

Voice Acting- Good.

Songs- Part of Your World (Reprise) is wonderful.

Score- I love the instrumental music with Ariel meeting Eric, the carriage ride, and the parts with Ursula around a lot!

Animation- Pretty good.

Happy ending- Love the ending a lot.

A complete turnaround for Disney, and the beginning of the Renaissance. (?) As a side note, I sang "Part of That World" at a band concert in my town :)

Oooh, that's a hard one.
Have to go with the characters because I absolutely adore all of them. Especially Sebastian.

My current favourite princess film. I could of picked any of these options really, the main two part that I love is the score and the characters.

I like Ariel's and Sebastian's voices.
