This is really tough for me. I may change my answer.

Pocahontas didn't end up with her man because of her duty to her people.

Cinderella stayed with her stepfamily out of a duty to her father.

Tough question- they both are quite responsible. I chose Cinderella, though, because she had a sense of responsibility from the beginning, whereas Pocahontas gradually became more responsible as the film went on.
