Anyone got any original ideas for a birthday present?

It smy best 老友记 birthday soon and im really stuck as to what to get her. Last 年 she was 18 and i filled a box with 18 things- some of them were fun wee things that meant things to her and me- like her favourite chocolates- and some were new presents, This 年 she is 19 and i need another cool, original, personal idea for a present...

Any ideas would be really helpful thanks :)
