Yeah, I think that NB broke up before prom too! Why Chuck would be angry at Blair? Maybe they just are friendly with eachother again (CB) because the next episode is the one with the epic kissing scene and the "i love you"! She let him kiss her so she must be ok with him!

Oh, and i think that there`s a picture of Blair in the steps holding the crown so maybe Chuck didn`t help Nelly Yuki become the prom queen!
