Everyone wants roses, I actually perfer sunflowers but I just wanted to see if anyone thinks the same way. Of course I don't blame people for loving them, they are very beautiful flowers.

A bit, yeah. I know why they're desired, but I've never truly liked them.

I reckon tbh. Don't get me wrong, they are beautiful and a joy to receive, but there are other flowers I find so romantic too and that seem to last longer in a vase. Roses tend to smell really bad too when they start dying.

Well maybe but like I still love them XD I mean I rarely ever have them around and I think flowers are a bit of an overrated gift (not to say they are bad, but money could be better spent in my opinion) but when I have them around for one reason or the next I just love them

I really dislike the term overrated for many reasons. Just because someone isn't partial to said thing doesn't mean they are overrated. Overrated is a catch all argument to describing things I don't like. And I've personally found that annoying.

There are a lot of wonderful Flowers out there who deserve equal attention but I still wouldn't say that Roses are overrated. They are great and among my favorite kinds !!!!
