Chapter 7-

"Joker has obviously rigged the place with traps. He doesn't want us to stop him. This is his ultimate scheme." 蝙蝠侠 said. "There is no way to take him down soft. He goes down hard and fast."

"No mercy?" Wally asked.

"No mercy." 蝙蝠侠 confirmed.

"Artemis, stop!" Wally exclaimed.

"How can I? You're practically sitting on 最佳, 返回页首 of me!" Artemis replied.

"Well if Bats had decided to put in 更多 than three seats, this wouldn't be happening!" Wally replied.

"I never planned to lug around 更多 annoying teenagers than I had to." 蝙蝠侠 said.

"HEY!" Robin and Batgirl exclaimed at the same time.

Barbara could have sworn she saw a smile on Bruce's face.

"Here." 蝙蝠侠 said. Everyone was ejected out of their seats and thrown through the air to land on the pavement.

Everyone landed on their feet except for Wally, who fell flat on his face.

Artemis would have laughed if the situation wasn't so dire.

"Let's go." 蝙蝠侠 said, kicking down the door.

The four teens and the Bat ran up the stairs to where Joker was waiting for them. He was standing on the opposite end of the platform with the nuke behind him.

"Remember this place, Batsy?" he asked. "This is where I started! Can't 你 just feel the pain and laughter?"

蝙蝠侠 tossed several batarangs at Joker, but somehow missed.

"He's got a MPG!" Wally exclaimed.

"A what?" everyone asked.

"Magnetic Pulse Generator." Wally 说 like it was obvious. "It pushes all metal objects away."

"Looks like you're gonna have to take me one-on-one Batsy!" Joker laughed.

蝙蝠侠 growled and ran at the Clown Prince of Crime, the four teens on his heels.

"Feel the love, Batman!" Joker exclaimed, hitting a button.

The platform gave away and the 超能英雄 fell towardst the acid pits below.

At the terminal of the airport stood the same soldiers, same status: 枪 loaded and ready to fire.

The soldiers spotted a glittering object on the horizon; the object of their worry, suspicion, and hatred was fast closing on their position.
