Becca was quiet when she returned to base. But her pain didn't go undetected. Devin gasped and touched her heart. She fell onto the couch, eyes closed. A hand lifted up her head and her eyes connected with Becca's.
“Devin. What's wrong?” she whispered.
“You're in pain.”
Becca bit her lip, placing Devin's head down carefully. She stood, making her way through the others. Tears flooded her eyes but she tried to refuse them. Too late. The tears flowed, hitting the floor with a soft ping.
“Becca. You're crying,” Erin said.
“Yeah.”
“What happened?” Willow asked.
“I-I...Robin broke up with me!”
Becca ran to her room, closing the door with a loud slam. The other girls stood 《冰雪奇缘》 in place. But anger lit in their hearts. Willow's eyes glowed blue and Val covered them in a dark mist. When the mist cleared, they were in Mt. Justice. Willow looked over at Erin.
“Sound their alarms.”
Erin smirked.
“Gladly.”
She took out x shaped boomerangs. She threw into the air and they set off several alarms 由 damaging several pieces of equipment. The team soon arrived and were astounded 由 the girls' appearance in their base.
“What are 你 guys doing here?” Megan asked.
“Redemption. This afternoon, Robin broke up with Becca.”
Young Justice turned to their youngest member.
“What?!” Artemis exclaimed. “You loved her!”
“I-I thought I did. But...I don't know. I just had to end it.”
“Yeah. And now Becca's 心 is broken. So we're here to see the reason 你 broke up with her. Talia?”
“In her room Willow. And these feelings are not one sided.”
“Perfect. Keep them at bay.”
Willow moved to rooms, but Wally stopped her.
“You can't go back there, Willow. Batman's rules.”
Willow just stared at him as Erin sped toward the pair, tackling Wally out of the way. Willow continued, the other girls making sure Young Justice didn't disturb her again. With the sounds of battle behind her, Willow entered Sam's room. The girl was sitting at her 台, 办公桌 and 写作 a letter. She turned when Willow stood over her.
“Robin!” she called.
“Robin won't be saving 你 Sam. He's busy.”
“What do 你 want?”
“My name is Cyrus. I want some answers.”
“O-okay.”
“Good. Now tell me about your feelings for Robin.”
Sam blushed, looking down.
“I 爱情 him. From the moment I saw him. I know it sounds weird but...you can't help who 你 fall in 爱情 with, 你 know.”
“What's your current relationship with him?”
“He asked me to be his girlfriend.”
“And prior to that?”
“Just friends. It's been a 月 since I joined so I guess he grew to 爱情 me too.”
“And what do 你 know of Becca?”
“only that she was his girlfriend but he broke up with her so we could be together.”
Willow froze, looking Sam over. True Sam was a beauty. But Becca had been the 爱情 of Robin's life. Something must have happened.
“What do 你 know of their relationship?”
“Um, he used to 爱情 her. But ever since she got a team, Becca had started to change. Her behavior was a little 更多 violent, her moods were unpredictable, and he didn't know her anymore. It was like she became a whole other person.”
“Thank 你 for your time. If 你 ever tell anyone what I've asked you, I'll squeeze the magic right out of your pathetic body.”
With a flash of her eyes, Willow and the girls disappeared.
