“NO! Nononononononononononononononono!”
“Yes! 你 have to-OW!”
Cat ran off in her footed pajamas and hide while Zeth walked over to the three others who had already tried.
“She BITE me!”
“She really hates bedtime,” Trevor commented.
Zero shook his head and led Todd into the living room. They could hear Cat laughing about whatever game had been left on that she now found entertaining.
“Die Zombie! Die! No fair! I killed that zombie!”
Todd chuckled as they entered the room and Cat ran off again.
“I don't understand how he gets her to bed.”
“The better for us.”
“Except Terror's working late,” Zeth said.
“Working? Doubt it.”
“Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!”
A little blur ran past them then Cat sat in a beanbag chair, jumping up and down.
“Movie time!”
“No Cat. 你 need to sleep.”
Cat jumped to her feet and ran back out of the room.
“You'll never catch me alive!”
Zeth groaned.
“We've tried tricking, bribery, and forcing. Yet she won't go to bed.”
“Perhaps a movie would put her to sleep,” Todd said.
“It's worth a try.”
About two hours later
“That was awesome! Let's watch it again!!”
“Yeah. That movie put her to sleep alright.”
Todd shrugged and Zeth sighed.
“Cat, go to bed!”
“Make me!”
She ran off again and this time they let her. They had had enough of Cat's late night fun. But if she wasn't watched, they'd be held responsible. They all looked up as Terror came back from where ever he had been.
“Terror! Thank god you're here!” Zeth exclaimed.
“It's two in the morning. What are 你 guys doing up?”
“Your little feline kept us up.”
Terror smiled. Cat ran back into the room and curled up on the couch. But she didn't look the least bit tired. Zeth motioned to her as proof. Terror came over to Cat and placed a hand on her head.
“Terror!!”
“Hey Cat. Want me to take 你 to Scotty and Mai?”
She nodded her head rapidly.
“Let's go.”
“Will 你 give me a piggy back ride?”
“Sure.”
Cat climbed on his back and Terror smiled. How she went from being a fierce warrior to a little kid at the mention of “bed time”, he wasn't sure. But it was cute nonetheless. He took her to her 床, 床上 and laid her down. She pulled the blankets around her and he handed her the little teddy 熊 she loved so much.
“Mai says goodnight,” he whispered.
“Night Mai.”
下一个 he handed her a white fox. She took it and cuddled it, purring happily. Terror smiled again and kissed her head.
“Night Scotty. Night Cat.”
“Night Terror,” Cat 说 with a yawn.
When he had left her room, Cat kissed the little 狐狸 and kissed it.
“Night Scotty.”
Then, with her arms wrapped around the little stuffed animal, she fell asleep.
