My name is Annabelle. I am sixteen and I am beaten.
I lived with my dad and mom in that trailor park on the edge of town between the bar and the strip of stores everyone avoids. We lived happily until my mom, Mary, died in that car crash five years ago. My dad became depressed, drinking alcohol and gambling. He was soon unemployed, so to keep the trailor I had to drop out of school. He is now a deep alcoholic and gambles with his buddies every other day.
Whenever we run out of spirits he hits me. He keeps hitting me until I go to the bar nearby and get more. This happens every two days 由 his heavy drinking.
One night him and his buddies were playing poker when we ran out of spirits. He did his usual hits but they were harder and kept coming. I then realized he was then killing me. I looked to his 老友记 for help, but they were drunk. They were laughing and pointing, one 由 one they all got up and helped my dad beat me. "Thats what 你 get for not listening to my orders!" yelled my dad.
As soon as it started it stopped. They all went back to their game, except for my mother. She came to me and helped me pull me up. So we could be together for the rest of enternity.

I live in my opinion possibly the most ghetto town in the United States, Pittsburgh. People have been committing suicide all over town. Population all over town has been decreasing, fast. Some of my 老友记 were so depressed that they were thinking about "joining the crowd". I wouldn't live without my friends. I don't want my 老友记 to go as well as my mom and dad. Yes, I'm an orphan. I've been an orphan for about three weeks. My 老友记 have disappeared. I think they went to Clarion; but I could be wrong. There have been tons of fights at my school. Most of the people that were committing suicide were middle school and high school aged. I was getting really tired really fast. I climbed up in a 树 and found a comfortable spot and fell asleep. 下一个 thing I knew, I was tied up on a pole.
