It was a snowy quiet night in december up until a strange knocking woke me. I was living alone in a two story house. Only other thing in the house with me was my dog Shadow. Shadow starts barking at the knocks and runs to the frount door. I get out of 床, 床上 slowly and pull my 浴衣 on over my pajamas. Tieing it I run down to answer the door. I answer and see no one "Hello?" I ask wearily as I look around. No one. 'How strange' I thought to myself as I start to close the door, Then something on the ground caught my attention. It was a woven little thing and I realized it was a basket, I noticed two things in it underneath a light blanket. As soon as I lifted it I was shocked. It was twins. Two little new born twins 由 the look of it. "Who the hell would leave two beautiful children out here?" I ask as I pick up the basket with the sleeping infants in it. I set the basket down carefully on the 表 and take a closer look at them. Nothing seemed to be wrong with them. They were perfectly healty.
A sigh of relief came from me as I found out nothing was wrong. They were dead to the world and they were resting. I pull the blanket back up to their chests and 吻乐队（Kiss） their heads. 'why would there be someone putting them on a door step at 3 in the morning?' I start to walk up the stairs and one starts crying. I walk over and pick it up. "There there." I say rocking it slowly in my arms. I noticed the baby was still crying and I realized why. I laid it down on its back carefully and realized something. I don't keep diapers in the house. Fristraited, I stand up and look for a subsitute. I grab two diaper pins and what looks like drapes. I take the old diaper off and look as it settles down. "That better?" I asked checking the gender. Female. I put the cloth diaper on her and pick her up again. "Yeah that is better isn't it?" I ask rocking her slowly. She yawns and she starts falling asleep. I hum a soft lullaby that used to be mine as an infant. I got her to fall asleep in under seconds. I lay her beside the other infant unsure of what the gender was. I pick it up and check its diaper. So far its alright. I look to check the gender and notice its a male. "So a brother and sister" i murmur to myself laying the boy beside its sister and pulling a blanket over them. I 吻乐队（Kiss） their heads and go upstairs.
Once in my room everything just felt different. I feel like a mother now but not once have I ever had sex 或者 迷失 my virginity. I most certinly never got pregnant. With these two around. Who knows what will happen.
