I was running towards the 海滩 because it was a full moon tonight. Great. On the 日 of all days, tonight had to a full moon. Today was my boyfriend's birthday and I promised him last week that I would spend the his entire birthday with him. That was before I got scratched 由 that, that...I don't even know what it was. But now I know I should listen to my Grandma 更多 often. Here's how it began.

I was just a normal, average 16 年 old teenager with an awesome boyfriend and two amazing best friends. I lived with my grandma due to the fact my parents died.

Ever since I was a small child, I was interested in mythological creatures. Did I say interested? I meant fascinated. I would always try to find proof of them to.
Not only was it dangerous, it was also insane. Whenever I'd talk about my findings, people think I was the craziest person they ever met. Fortunately, I found Zoey and Francine, my best friends. They believe everything I tell them about the mythological world. A 年 later, Cameron, my boyfriend, came into my life and I've been ever since.

Now let's fast 前锋, 期待 to the part where I got scratched. It was a humid July night. It was a cloudless sky and a full moon. I was walking through the swamp with my camera and earmuffs, searching for a new creature. The reason why is because there had been strange reports of a by-standers hearing a woman 唱歌 a tone so lovely that they follow her voice deep in swamp and never return. Curious to find out what this 'woman' really was, I went to investigate.

As I got deep into the swamp, I heard the singing. I immediately put my earmuffs on and got my camera ready. I followed the muffled 唱歌 coming through my earmuffs. The closer I got, the 更多 distinct the 唱歌 became. A little bit closer, a little bit closer... Then suddenly the 唱歌 stopped. I couldn't see a thing. Everything was pitch black. I immediately started flashing pictures, then ran away as fast as I could.

When I got home, I felt faint. I then collasped in the middle of the door way. When I came to, I was in my 床, 床上 wrapped in the covers. All of a sudden, my arm had this on 火, 消防 sensation. I raced to the bathroom and looked at my arm. It had three claw marks on it! It must've been that creature. It did favor men 更多 than women.

To exhausted to examine it any further, I went to 床, 床上 and decided to examine it in the morning.

That 下一个 morning, I rushed to the bathroom to look at my arm. The marks were gone!
Oh well. I went downstairs for breakfast.

After breakfast, I went upstairs to see if I took any pictures. Blurry, thumb in the shot, blurry, thumb in the shot...what's this? I hooked my camera to my laptop to magnify the image. When I magnified it enough, I printed it out. I then put it in my journal where I keep all my research.

Fast forwarding to tonight, I was waking to my boyfriend's house. I then felt an cold breeze. Cold breeze? It's the middle of July! I continued to walk, when suddenly an urge of pain spread from my fingers to my feet. I looked at my hands and so my nails had grown into claws. I had a feeling my toe nails did the same. I started running and then my hair became the color of seaweed. I was transforming, that much was true. But into what?

As I arrived at the beach, my transformation was complete. My skin was glowing a pale green, I was wearing a white flowery dress, and my feet were bare. I walked into the sea, letting the tides pull me in closer. It wasn't until then that I realized that creature was a sea witch. Since she scratched me, I too was now a sea witch.
