The five months had passed quickly. Nothing much had changed, except I was sleeping in Alexander’s 床, 床上 on a regular basis. I was also much happier. I didn’t have panic attacks as often, but that could’ve been because I didn’t have the stress I used to.
Alexander and I had been packing. We were moving to Russia. Dr. Anozi and all my family were over there. Alexander’s parents had passed, and he didn’t have any relatives. He was okay with the move. I was excited about going home. It had been years. The only thing I had seen of 首页 was the occasional postcard mom would send me.
Xander and Lucy had been excited about the fresh start. I told them I would be 首页 schooling them, and the Russian language would be one of their classes. They had been enthusiastic about learning a new language. I’d have to teach Alexander as well. I spoke a bad mixture of English and Russian when I was on the phone with them, so it would probably be the same at home.
We boarded the plane as it neared noon. Xander and Lucy sat in the aisle in front of Alexander and I, side 由 side. I talked about my family the whole flight.
“Well, there’s mom. She’s my best friend, and she’s like me, but not as neurotic. Dad is cool, but he knows how to tease. My grandparents are a little harsh, but they couldn’t be better,” I said. Alexander seemed to be 迷失 in my eyes though. It was funny to watch him get 迷失 with me. I know I did the same with him. “Did 你 hear me?” I asked smirking.
“What? Oh, yeah, I heard you. So, I should get along rather well with everyone?” He asked with an eyebrow raised. He had been a little nervous about the first meeting.
“Yes, 你 will, and they will 爱情 you,” I 说 putting my hand on 最佳, 返回页首 of his. “Not as much as I do though.”
Alexander grinned “Good.” The rest of the flight went 由 rather slow. I started to get antsy.
After two hours of bouncing in my seat, Alexander threatened to put me to sleep. I promised I would calm down, but I hadn’t. I was just so excited. After what felt like an eternity, the plane finally landed in Moscow. We were going to travel 由 car to the village. My mom and Dr. Anozi were going to be at the airport to pick us up. Lucy, Xander, Alexander, and I walked into the airport and started looking around.
“She should be around here somewhere,” I mused as we walked around in circles.
“Damien!” I heard a female voice call, and I felt small arms go around my mid-section. I pulled away and turned around.
“Mom! How are you?” I gave her a hug, playing with her hair that hung halfway down her back.
“I’m great! How are you?” I pulled away from her to look into her eyes. They were so familiar to my own.
“Couldn’t be better,” I 说 smiling. I was home; there was no better feeling in the world.“Who is this?” Mom asked. She knew perfectly well who it was, but she liked the formal introductions.
“Mom this is my boyfriend, Alexander,” Alexander extended his hand.
“Pleasure to meet you,” he said. Mom looked at his hand for a moment, and then hugged him. I smiled, ‘hugs not handshakes’ had always been her motto.
“And they are?” She asked pulling away from Alexander to look at Lucy and Xander.
“Um, this is Alexander’s daughter Lucy,” Lucy and mom hugged. “And this is my son, Xander,” Mom looked at him for a moment. Her gaze lingered on his lip ring, and tattoo on his shoulder. Then she gave him a hug. She was never big on the whole 纹身 and piercing thing, especially on a thirteen 年 old. I found it rather creative though.
“It’s wonderful to meet 你 all,” She 说 giving a warm smile. “Come on, let’s get to the car.”
We all walked to the car. I twined my fingers through Alexander’s. Dr. Anozi was in the car. I had been waiting to see him again for so long. He was like family to me. We got into the car; well it was 更多 like a minivan. Lucy and Xander in the back, Alexander and I in the middle, and mom and Dr. Anozi in the front.
“Damien, 你 haven’t changed a bit,” Dr. Anozi 说 looking back at me. He hadn’t either, he had grey hair, and he still had a booming voice.
“How have 你 been?” I asked Dr. Anozi.
“I’ve been alright,” something flashed in his eyes. It made my stomach clench. “I heard you’ve been doing well. I heard 你 have a son,” I nodded. He tuned his attention to Alexander. “I heard 你 are Lucy’s father. Biological father,” 说 Dr. Anozi. Alexander nodded slowly. “Well, I should’ve known. Genette always talked of 你 so fondly, and 你 were so close.”
“Wait how do 你 know Genette?” Alexander asked referring to Lucy’s dead birth mother.
“Genette is-was my daughter,” Dr. Anozi said.

A child huddles in a corner,
dirty and tired and alone.
He's too skinny, too tired, too pale.
But nobody notices.
His 心 breaks
as he watches the blurry-shaped people
walk past,
without glancing at him.
Screams echo off the cold walls surrounding him.
Not just his;
There's a few voices in that howl.
But they fall on deaf ears.
Hours pass. Days pass. People pass.
Still, nobody glances his way.
Darkness begins to creep in,
Bringing two 天使 with tear stained faces and heavy wings.
Silence has brought this,
and 由 the time people notice
it's too late.
The three 天使 have already left.
dirty and tired and alone.
He's too skinny, too tired, too pale.
But nobody notices.
His 心 breaks
as he watches the blurry-shaped people
walk past,
without glancing at him.
Screams echo off the cold walls surrounding him.
Not just his;
There's a few voices in that howl.

你 don’t live this life,
you’re becoming a shadow
of your destiny.
This cruel fate hates
your laughter,
loving your pain that
sleeps inside your
broken heart.
Broken and tired
of all these 迷失 fights,
your life becomes
invisible
and 你 don’t care anymore,
but 你 do,
你 still do.
You’re trying to see
through this fog,
you’re still fighting
for that day,
the 日 of your peace.
Your path is full of
thorns that are stabbing 你
directly into your hope,
tearing your soul apart,
you’re on the wings of powerlessness.

hear my
unspeakable words,
those are screaming
inside my 迷失 strife!
See me,
see it through my
frightened eyes,
those will 显示 you,
those will defeat
the peace itself.
That peace,
well-known to you,
but not to me.
Not to me.
I've seen it only
in their eyes,
while mine were dreaming.
Grabbing my soul,
living inside,
the fear loves me more,
smiling to my faith.
Hear me,
hear those
unspeakable words,
those are living here,
praying silently,
crying sternly.
Hope is awaken,
but weakened.
Hating fear
and its cruelty,
it struggles tirelessly,
though fading...
Fading
along with
unseen dreams,
sleeping
along with sorrow.
The doors
are locked,
Sun is not
illuminating
my path,
not mine.
Fears sleep
in there,
loving my failures,
listening to my
unspeakable words,
those are prayers,
unseen dreams,
fear lives within.

Preface
(tell me what 你 think)
At some point in our life there’s a time when life seems like a field of 花 in the spring about to bloom in the Garden of Eden 或者 like a summers 日 that never ends, all warm and bright. My life was like that when I was younger and had nothing to worry about. All the woes in my house were my parents that had cast dark shadows over them long before any of my siblings were born. So when I used to dream of being a small child in the Garden of Eden it was at time of happiness and peace in our house. Our house, our small white house on the edge of the 街, 街道 that didn’t stick out, oh how I wished it would stick out with blooming gardens like the ones in my dreams. There was a time when life was the way it is now for me there’s a time like this in every child’s life but your have to fight hard to keep it as an adult.

The words made my breath fall short in my throat, a small whimpering sound went up through my chest. I slowly rose my watch, exactly the time I was to be doomed. The part of the 墙 carrying the dread words burst open and rats started to crawl in, immediatly gnawing at my flesh, I tried to back away, but the part i had opened up suddenly closes and i was trapped in darkness, I was trapped, I was trapped with no hope off escape and a thousand beady eyes crawling all over my body, wrigglin down my chest and making their way towards my heart. I spun and rolled around as much as I could in the small space, but the rats were persistent, and my blood trickeld all around me, forming in a pool under me. After a while a finally gave up. For all I had done i was payed with my own dead, locked in a narrow passage with rats all around me, the last living things i would ever interact with. I began to sob softly and my final breath flew from my body, I was a limp, lifeless corpse.....
The city of light was full of marchants and villagers. Elyon stood and gazed at them from the huge silver gate. And gurding the gate was two broad shouldered men, wearing bright white robes, that glowed from every angle.
"Excuse me?" the man with blonde hair asked. When Elyon took a shaky step forward, the men stared shocked at her.
"Elyon? What are 你 doing outside the city?" The man asked. Elyon took in a deep sharp breath and took another shaky step forward. She still hadnt noticed that the vilagers were watching silently.
"Elyon...my name is..?she smiled and fell into the darknes, fainted. The two gaurds rushed to her aid, and the vilagers erupted into a panicky uproar
"Quick take her to Lady Alexsis!" the man with darker ahir nodded, picked up Elyon and disapered.
"Leo? What the hell is going on? This is a bad sign," an old man closest to the alone guard asked.
"I dont know," he muttered looking up at the 城堡 of light, "i really dont know,".
