The Sunrise book is already out. It was Leafpool's kits that Squirrelflight took. And she didn't steal them. Leafpool wanted them to grow up not knowing that they were a mistake 或者 a punishment to Leafpool. She wanted them to grow up a normal life, and have 老友记 in the clan instead of everyone wanting to avoid them because they're just a mistake. It wouldn't be fair to them if they had to live a life without being able to talk to their clanmates. Their clanmates would avoid them and scorn them. Jayfeather would've never become a medicine cat, and Lionblaze and Hollyleaf might've never become warriors.
