MAYA CHAPTER FIVE: FIGHTS AND SURPRISES

The vamp in front of me growled and stared me down, her 金牌 eyes burning. “Next time, watch where you’re going, bitch,” she hissed, her voice low and deadly. “Or you’ll regret it.”
I couldn’t help it; I had to laugh. I always found it funny...

"No don't!" I screamed. I'm not ready for this. What if Jacob doesn't want to be with a vampire and he forgets about me?

"Oh... well, when will you," my voice was shaky.

"Italy?"
"Yes, it's where my, um I guess you'd say family lives. I want 你 to become part of the guard as a, punishment," he said.

"Will Jacob be aloud there?" I asked.

The woods were filled with silence and I looked around for any signs of the slayer. As I heard the leaves on the ground rustling, I turned around and there he appeared from the treetops of a nearby 树 and he gave me a sly smile which sent shivers down my spine before slowly approaching me and my 心 was pounding inside my chest.
