Review of Breaking Dawn...don't read if 你 haven't finished the book

I just finished 阅读 Breaking Dawn and all I can say is WOW!!! I thought it was really good...for the most part. There is some stuff about it that bothered me. Below are my many opinions on the book.

First of all...I adored the Jacob section. I thought it was so sweet and sad. I loved when he was imagining Bella pregnant with his child and how he was upset that Seth had his arm around her. I liked it when he told Quil that he didn't see the faces of other girls anymore. All his chapter titles were great...my 收藏夹 were 'Why didn't I just walk away? Oh right, because I'm and idiot.' and 'What do I look like? The wizard of oz? 你 need a brain? 你 need a heart? Go ahead. Take mine. Take everything I have.'. I liked his Preface, too...'Life sucks, and then 你 die. Yeah, I should be so lucky.'. I really like Jacob's character...he's one of my favorites. But I was upset that he imprinted on Rennesme so soon...I at least wanted to see how Jacob would feel about Bella after she was turned into a vampire. He was annoyingly possessive about the baby. I didn't like how Bella was like '"Jacob was letting me hold her"' 或者 something like that. She doesn't need his permission.

Second...the Volturi scene. Don't get me wrong...i am so happy none of them died...but I was prepared for a fight. I was all ready to be all sad and depressed for days cause Emmett died 或者 something...but they didn't even fight. I got all sad when they were saying their good-byes and nothing happened. Plus I really wanted someone to just tear Caius's head off...he is so mean. I felt bad for Tanya and Kate when the Volturi killed Irina. I think the fact that there wasn't a fight made all the 前一个 preparation chapters kinda pointless...but still good. I'm happy they got their happy ending.

Thirdly...Alice and Jasper leaving. I was like "WHAT". I adore both of them so I was completely heartbroken when they left. I wasn't surprised when they showed up at the end because I knew they would. Alice wouldn't abandon them like that and I really don't think Jasper would either.

Fourth...Emmett's comments. LOL!!! He is great. I 心 Emmett very much. '"At least 'someones' scoring around here"'...priceless!!!

Fifth...Rennesme. I was upset that Bella got pregnant...partially because I knew right then and there that Jacob didn't have a chance. And Bella was so different while she was pregnant...and what the hell was with Rosalie?? I knew Rosalie didn't like Bella but I thought sacrificing Bella's life for the baby was an all time low for her. The birth scene was disgustly awesome...Twilight meets Saw. And I adored Rennesme after she was born...I thought Bella's reaction to the nickname 'Nessie' was hilarious.

Sixth...Stephenie Meyer kept it clean. For the numerous sex scenes there were I was very surprised at how young adult appropriate she kept it. Big Cudo's for Stephenie Meyer

Seventh...Last but most diffinately not least...Edward and Bella. They are so sweet together. I felt really bad for Edward about the whole pregnant thing...poor guy/vampire/god. I liked that Bella still felt the same about Edward after she was changed and how in the end they lived happily ever after...forever and forever and forever!!!!

Over all Breaking dawn was amazing and great and I loved it.

sawabear i couldn't agree with you more on everything. emmett's comments had me rolling on the floor laughing. i didn't like rosalie to begin with but that was horrible, like she thought it was her baby or something. im glad jacob got his happy ending. my view for him changed in new moon by the way he helped bella through all that was sweet, but then dropped in eclipse, i know you should fight for your true love but you can't force someone to love you. then i ended up liking him again in breaking dawn. the whole imprinting on nessie thing was kinda gross, but at least bella was able to be calm about it, later on i mean. i actually thought for a second that he would imprint on leah but then i remebered that you can't imprint on someone you've already seen before. but i would have liked to see him fall in love with her or something. i agree that bella does not need permission by jacob to hold her own baby, i mean thats just crazy. i was completely balling my eyes out when edward and bella had to say goodbye to renesmee. when edward called jacob his brother i had to grab tissues and wait about 5 mins to read again because my eyes were so blurry i couldn't see the page. i think the cottage esme gave edward and bella was super sweet. and who could forget emmett's comment when they got back....priceless! i did love jacobs chapter names... "why didn't i just walk away when i had the chance? oh thats right, because im an idiot!" haha i love breaking dawn and agree completly with your comments

bodle an amazing overwiew of Breking Dawn, it's almost exactly what i thought of it although through the first three books i was really angry with Jacob, but that whole jacob part was amazing, and the blonde jokes, he is so sarcastic =] and the birth scene... "Twilight meets Saw" lol, great emmett's comment were probably one of the great hilights =] and before the fight with the Volturi, where Edward and Bella were saying goodbye to Rennesme, but her name.... was just wrong and your last comment about Edwar/Bella were so true, i'm a sucker for happy endings! =]

countrygirl2008 you are so right .the book was amazing. i was laughing so hard at emmet and bella as they arm wrestled,plus his jokes.it was funny when jacob and rose kept going at it. the honey moon scene was romantic.

krystalhale I liked hte fact there wan't a fight. I mean, I didn't wnay anyone to die, except maybe for Jane(:. But otherwise I agree completely with you. It was an absolutely amazing book. It was a great ending.

Amanda_Rae This isn't exactly a review, but it's a nice thought. The book was excellent. And most of the parts you liked, I enjoyed as well (though with less exclamation points...) Dunno if anyone agrees with me, but I enjoyed the fact that Esme was more involved in this book. She was written in many of the scenes, and even said SEVERAL things throughout the book. I just loved it because I always felt a burning love and attachment to all of the Cullens, but Esme always seemed a little... detached. We never really got her full-on as a character, and I liked that Stephenie included her in this book more often. There's my two cents.

jacob_is_amazin Actually Amanda_Rae I don't really think Esme was more involved than usual...though I would like it if she was because I do think she deserves a bigger part...but I don't even remember her saying more than a few words n the rest of the time the book just mentioned her crying or something like that...And I know its not exactly a review but I called it that for lack of better word.

tack94 I was disappointed in the last book "Breaking Dawn". I hoped that Edward & Bella would go to college and possibly meet up with others like themselves or find out that the college consisted mostly of Vampires. Too much of Jake in the last book. "Breaking Dawn" needs to be re-written. The 1st 3 books were believable that possibly spirtual & magically creatures do exist in our world. Maybe there is an Edward. Maybe their passion & true love does exist. But not in this 4th and final book. Please re-write "Breaking Dawn".

ECBCJB i love breaking dawn. i really liked emmetts comments. was so funny and jakes blonde jokes too. loved the stuff between him and rose. i never liked rose and i specially didnt like her in this book. all she cared about was the baby. she didnt care if bella lived or died as long as she got the baby. i like the birthing scene of course its gonna be bad its half vampire and if u couldnt breathe u would be freaking out like that and since she was so strong it hurt bella. i was alittle suprised that she had bella get pregnant after she said they couldnt have babies. but im glad she did it made a happy ending for everyone specially jake and he got to be part of the familty. also it kept the wolves from attacking the cullens. i wasnt upset when alice left i knew it was for a reason specially since she was seeing things ( like the jungle part) and edward was asking about it but she said she couldnt see. she didnt want him to know. and we know aro can see every thought uve ever had. i think it would have been better if they faught at the end. they would have kicked some butt and then they wouldnt have to worry about the volturi coming back which u know they will. they had the upper hand this time and next time they might not. i wanted bella and edward to go to college too. would have been cool and interesting for them to make friends. its awesome that bella was such a good vampire. she finally found a place she feels like she belongs. and my very very fav part is where edward finally gets to read bellas mind. hes wanted to ever since he met her. i cried when they said their goodbyes and when edward called jake his brother and son. he finally excepted him as family and not worried about jake im printing on his daughter anymore. im glad that bella got to keep charlie in her life but i think he would have freaked out more than he did. that just didnt seem like charlie to me. but it was awesome anyway. i also loved jakes POV. the titles were so jake and very funny. and i was glad to see exactly how jacob really felt and what he was going thru. i really love seth hes such a good person. dont like leah at all feel bad for her tho wish she could have had her happy ending too. SM rocks and i wish she would write more to the series. not just edwards POV but also more of the family. and jake and nessie. dont really like the name renesme but i like nessie.

twilight4ever97 I really likes all of the Twilight books, but I think that Eclipse was the best. Breaking Dawn was so great. I love Bella and Emmett. It's sooo funny when Emmett's teasing Bella, and I love when they have an arm wresling competition. I really hated how Jacob imprinted on Renesmee though. It's like, 'o my gosh Jacob, Bella hasn't even held Renesmee yet, and you're having a freaky werewolf connection with her!Get a life!' I loved the ending, except I really think that someone should go up to Marcus and Caius and just kill them! they are soo mean. Aro just lies to Renesmee! that is sooo wrong. I love how Stephenie wrote the middle section from Jacob's point of view. I can't beleive that Stephenie isn't going to write the 5th book, because I really like feeling what the characters feel. In the movie Twilight, I feel like they skipped out on to much, so when they make Breaking Dawn in movie form (which they might not) I hope that they get every detail that was in the book, because it was really good.

twilight4ever97 Man, I love Rosalie in Breaking Dawn. She's soooo funny! I was tearing up when it said that charlie was crying at the wedding. The best part in my opinion is when Bella's trailing with her sheild. I also love Jacob and his blond jokes.
