If 你 have been a part of the Office Survival Game at all the past week 或者 so you've probably noticed that many people are cheering for Toby. I didn't get it at first. Sure I like him, and I feel bad for him a lot of the time on the 显示 but would I say he's my 最喜爱的 character? No.

However, I decided that I would give Toby a chance and look at why people might like him as much as they do. I watched some Toby video clips and watched some of the episodes he has big parts in and I began to understand why Toby has gained such a following.

He's the underdog! He's not the funniest on the show. Michael's awkward 评论 and Dwight's insane view of reality blow his comedy away. I'm a man but I can say that Toby is not the most attractive of the guys on the show. Jim was obviously cast as the good looking guy and I don't think anyone can argue Kevin's good looks (kidding, unless 你 like that). Toby doesn't get the girl, people forget he's there, he sits back in the corner. He's the underdog and that's why people 爱情 him.

So, I have a new respect for Toby and his followers. That doesn't make him my new 最喜爱的 and I doubt he will ever be. However, I will never again look down on anyone who casts a vote for Toby 或者 claims that he's their favorite.
