Have 你 read the bonous chapter (Melanie's pov)?Did 你 liked it?

i really liked it!! i think maybe the language may have been a little less extensive and intelligent because melanie has a different voice than wanda. i didnt even know there was a bonus chapter because i read the host so long ago, i have a copy that didnt even include the bonus chapter yet. when i read it i was just so happy that there was 更多 to the story! i realllly loved it. i didnt think it was boring but i kind of get what youre saying about the quality.

Me too, I didn't like it at all. It felt off and it was like it wasn't really Melanie, it felt another character. I've read the book a lot of times and it's one of my favourite, but it made me dislike Melanie.
If I'm going to re read the book, I won't read that extra chapter because it kind of doesn't fit the book at least for me.

I thought it went along with the book well, but it must have been written fast 或者 she was caught up with something else. i particularly like it except the 刀 slashing part from melanie that could have been easily resolved from an explanation, so 你 did see a diference from the book and this chapter but im happy she made it since was curious about that part of the story(mostly how Ian found out)
