Trent's P.O.V
I just can't win! No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't be left alone. Not that I mind my 老友记 finding me, it's just that I still needed 更多 space. Heck, I'm glad to see that there are still others who still care about me. But man, I sure hope they don't smother me.

So when they got to their cars, Courtney said,"Come on Trent, I'll take 你 home."
"O-oh no Courtney," 说 Geoff,"he's coming with us."
"Yeah Courtney," 说 Bridgette,"I mean no offence but we want to keep an eye on him, o.k.."
"Well, I guess." Courtney said.
"Hey, do 你 mind if I may choose who I ride with?" asked Trent.
"Sorry buddy," 说 Geoff," but you're the only best friend that I've got. So who 你 gonna go with?"
Trent starred at both vehicles for the moment. Then he said,"I'll guess I'll go with 你 guys."
And with that he pointed at Bridgette and Geoff. As they got into his car, they thanked him and headed over to Trent's house. Followed 由 Courtney and company in her mini-van. It wasn't that far from the park to Trenton's house but they insisted. So, he got a free ride home.
So when they got to Trent's house, they found the whole3 place deserted. No one was home.and all was quiet. As they went into his house, they found a note on the 厨房 table.
"So Trent,"Geoff asked,"where did your dad go?"
"He 说 that he went to go and pick up my sisters and my mom."said Trent as he read the note.
"So, we have the whole place to ourselves?" Bridgette asked.
"Well, yeah but let's not make this into a big party now."Said Trent.
"Oh, perish the thought."she said."We're no9t here to party, we're just here to talk."
"Yeah ,Trent,"said Courtney,don't jump to conclusions."
"O.k., o.k.,I'm not jumping."he 说 as he entered into the kitchen. Suddenly, he caught Owen eating the rest of the pistashio ice cream. "Hey, wait a 分钟 Owen! That's my my ice cream you'[re eating, 你 know!?"
"Oh, I'm sorry Trent,"said Owen," did 你 want some?"
"No but gee wiz man, ask first 下一个 time.!" 说 Trent,"After all, that's my 最喜爱的 ice cream 你 know."
"Mine too, can I have some more?"asked Owen.
Trent took one look at Owen. Smirked for a moment,then looked at the ice cream box it came in. Handed the container to him and said"Here Owen, knock yourself out."
"So Trent, why did 你 want to just come 首页 instead of waiting until the 显示 was over?" asked Geoff.
"I don't know," 说 Trent,"and I really don't feel like talking about it."
"But Trent,"said Courtney," we're your friends. We won't make a big deal about it. And besides, 你 know that we're only going to bug 你 about this anyways."
"No, I don't want to talk about it right now." he 说 as he began to sit in the lounge chair. As he did, he also began to get frustrated.

Bridgette's P.O.V.
Uh-oh, I don't think Trent wants to talk about why he came 首页 so early. And yet, we've got to find out why he did it and why he left Gwen out side all alone.There has got to be a reason for him to be 表演 this way.

"O.K. Trent,"said Harold"if you're not going to tell us why 你 came 首页 so fast. Then tell us this much. Why did 你 leave Gwen outside all alone?"
"Oh, for crying out loud guys!"said Trent."For the last time; and I've told Duncan this too. That's none of your damn business and I'd like to keep it that way, o.k.!"
"Alright, alright Trent, 你 don't have to get so sore about it!" 说 Geoff angrily."We're just concerned about you. Especially with the fact that 你 left us clueless."
"Well look Geoff,"said Trent,"I don't mean to be rude 或者 anything. But all I did was just head out early to head home."
"Trent, we're not being too nosey, we just want to know why 你 left so early for home?" 说 Bridgette."And what did 你 do to Gwen? She was really..."
"Do 你 guys really want to know why I came 首页 so early,huh,HUH;DO YOU!!"he 说 angrily while interrupting Bridgette."It's because I hated being there, o.k.! I hated the fact that, that son of a bitch, Duncan took Gwen away from me! Even if she was easily seduced 由 that asshole. I even hated the fact that she was always sitting 下一个 to me during aftermath shows. I mean, talk about awkward man! And I especially hated the fact that she shattered my 心 and didn't even care to think about it!"
"Hold on Trent,"said Bridgette,"I'm sure she didn't mean nothing 由 it. Besides, 你 know that's not true!"
"If it isn't true, then Gwen has a terrible way of 展示 her 爱情 and friendship to me.!"said Trent."And besides, Courtney will tell 你 how she got shot through the 心 由 both of them."
"You know, he's got a point." Whispered Courtney.
"Not to mention, that one of our 粉丝 asked that personal 问题 to her."he said."I personally thought that it was so stupid, that I said, enough is enough."
"So the what did 你 do after 你 got home?"asked Harold.
"What else could I do? I figured that the best thing for me to do was put myself out of my misery. Thanks to Gwen for shattering my 心 and leaving me this way. After all, I had no money to 移动 to anywhere and I especially didn't feel like joining the military." he 说 sadly.
"No Trent, suicide is not the way to end your life.!"said Courtney.
"She's right, killing yourself is totally wrong.!" 说 Bridgette.
"Well I didn't do it, did I?!"he asked."If I did, then I'd be pushing up daisies, while 你 would all be looking down at me dressed in black. Gwen and Duncan not included."
"Aw, come on Trent!"said Bridgette."It's not like she didn't care 或者 even think about you!"
"Well If she did, then she would've 说 something to me about it a long time ago.!"said Trent.
"O.K., o.k., so Trent, if 你 wanted to kill yourself." 说 Harold."What would 你 use to try to kill yourself with?"
"Poison?"asked Owen.
"Gun shot?"asked Courtney.
"Hangman's noose?" asked Harold.
"No, no, and no."Said Trent.
"Then what was it," asked Geoff,"a knife?"
Trent sighed and said"Yes."
"A big 厨房 knife?" Bridgette asked.
"No." 说 Trent.
"Then what was it!!" they all cried out.
"It was my fisherman's knife, my grandfather gave me when I was just a kid."he said"OOH,I wanted to stab myself but I also wanted to make it quick and easy. So I decided to take my 刀 and slit my wrist open. But no matter how hard I tried, I just...I just couldn't do it."
"But Trent, why would 你 even bother doing something like that.?"asked Bridgette.
"I already told 你 why, Bridge."he 说 even 更多 sadder.
"No 你 didn't Trent."said Courtney, with a sad look in her eyes."Look, what 你 说 may be true. But didn't we already tell 你 that you've got 老友记 and family that still 爱情 you?"
"I know guys, it's just that I..."said Trent, sadly.
"No,no,no buddy.!"said Geoff, while interrupting him. And with that, he got up and grabbed Trent 由 the shoulders. Then he said,"Trent, buddy, I'm your best friend. And I'm telling 你 this right now, for your own good,forget about Gwen.! She's nothing pal, you've got to 移动 on and forget about her. If she is going to stay with Duncan, then 你 need to go find someone else. Believe me Trent, she's not worth it anymore."
And with that he sat down 下一个 to Bridgette. But when he did, she smirked at him and slugged hard in the arm.
"Oww, 嘿 Bridge, what did 你 do that for?"Geoff asked.
Bridgette sighed and then said,"Trent, listen, what my boyfriend is trying to tell you, is that maybe, 你 should forget about seeing her for a while. That way 你 can do other things with some of your other friends."
"Yeah Trent, I mean it's no big deal." 说 Harold,"I mean look at me. I 迷失 Leshawnna, to that latino loser, no offence Courtney. And I still keep moving on and on."
"Yeah but your ex-girlfriend never fell in 爱情 with someone that 你 not only hate. But also found your 首页 and address."
"Wait a minute,"Owen asked,"what do 你 mean, found your 首页 and address?"
"Look guys, I'm not going to tell 你 how 或者 why 或者 what happened."Trent said."Let's just say that somehow he found my house and stated trouble when he got here."
"Whoa, then what happened?" asked Harold.
"What else, I beat the crap out of him,"said Trent,"that's all."
"Oh, wow Trent, 你 really knocked him out?" asked Courtney.
"Duh-huh, I wasn't about to be intimidated 由 that jerk."he said.
"And all that time. I'll bet almost everybody thought 你 were a total wimp."she said.
"Oh, I'll fight if i have to but seriously, I think I'm 更多 of a lover than a fighter."he said.
"Hey, lover boy,"said Harold,"that was a pretty cool song 你 played back at the park."
"Yeah Trent,"said Bridgette,"could 你 please play it again for us?"
"Well, I don't know?"Trent wondered."I don't do requests."
"Aww, come on Trent, please." They all begged.
"Well, o.k.,let me get my guitar."He said.
"Wait a 分钟 Trent,"said Bridgette,"let me get my video camera, for old times sake."
你 brought the camera with 你 Bridge?"Asked Geoff as he followed her to the door.
"Yes, I've always had a spare cam-quarter with me. I mean, 你 do want to take a few video pic's of our times together, don't 你 Geoff?"She 说 out loud.
"Well yeah I guess," he said,"but the cameras are for showtime only, Bridgette."
"Well we are having a performance before us, aren't we>" Bridgette asked as she came back in with the cam-quarter.
"O.K. I suppose."said Geoff.
"Then let's get this 显示 on the roll then."she said.

Trent's P.O.V.
Well it seemed rather silly but Bridgette was determined to have me sing one of my 最喜爱的 oldies. Especially since it's my 收藏夹 from one of the 80's bands. Brett Michaels is definately a cool singer and a hard rocker. So, when I got everything ready, I performed. All that time as I sang that song, all I could think of was one person, Gwen.

We both lie quietly still in the dead of night.
Although we both lie close together, we feel miles apart from inside.

Though I tried not to hurt 你 no, though I tried, but I guess that's why they say:

I listen to my 最喜爱的 song, playing on the radio.
And the d.j. says loves a game of easy come and easy go.
But I wonder, does he know, has he ever felt like this.

Though it's been a while now, I can still feel so much pain.

After that, I began to realize that I tried to kill myself with my fisherman's knife, what was I thinking? Geoff,Bridgette and Courtney were right, I still got 老友记 and family that still 爱情 me! Although Gwen was still 更多 than a friend to me, I still wondered . Was she really worth dying for?

So, after his performance was over, his 老友记 stayed longer. They talked, laughed, had a lot of
pizzas and sodas and had lots of fun. Soon it got late but his parents still weren't home. Geoff and the everybody else got tired and wanted to go 首页 soon.
"I wonder where your parents are right now?"Geoff asked.
"Oh they'll be 首页 soon."Said Trent,"My dad has been known to make an occasional quick stops at times."
"Well in that case Trent, Geoff,I'm not the one who's the party pooper."said Bridgette,"But I think it's time to go home."
"Seriously Bridgette?"said Geoff.
"Yes, seriously!" she said.
"Well then, I guess we'll just have to pack it all up and go then."He said,"Trent, listen to me, take my 建议 and stay as far away from Gwen as possible, o.k.."
However, when Bridgette heard that, she got angry at Geoff and kicked him in the leg. She kicked him so hard, that he started to limp.
"OUCH! Cut that out Bridge!"he said.
"Well, we'll see 你 later Trent."She 说 as they headed out the door."Thanks for your cell phone and e-mail address."
"No problem Bridgette,"Trent said" and I'm sorry for today guys. I just wasn't thinking right."
As they 说 their goodbye's, they were all outside. Although they were concerned about Trent, they knew they couldn't stay any longer. Even after his dad called to see if Trent was o.k., everyone knew that his family was on their way home. However, as Geoff and Bridgette got to their car, he was very angry at her.
"Hey Bridgette,"he said,"what's the big idea, huh?"
"What dare 你 talking about Geoff!?"she said.
"First,you hit me on my arm when I sat down 下一个 to you."He snarled,"Then 你 kicked me right on my leg really hard. I mean, what was that all about?"
"In case 你 forgot, dummy,"she said,"Gwen happens to be one of my best friends! It's not like I hate 你 Geoff. It's just that I don't like people talking about my 老友记 in front of me like that. Besides, 你 don't know how bad she felt when he left. Come on Geoff, give her a break, she was really crying her eyes out, big time."
"Then why didn't 你 say something Bridge?"he asked.
"Because 你 and Trent never gave me a chance to."She said,"I wanted to defend Gwen but I never got the chance to at all."
"Oh great; now what are we going to do?" asked Geoff.
Just then, Courtney called out,"Hey 你 two, can 你 do me a favor?"
"What Courtney?" 说 Bridgette.
"I need to speak to Trent alone."she said,"Can 你 please take Harold and Owen 首页 for me?"
"Well, o.k. I guess."Said Geoff."After all, 你 did say please."
"Thanks Geoff, I owe 你 one."said Courtney.
After that, she went back into Trent's house. Ten 分钟 later they realized that Owen was too big to ride in the back seat. So they told him to go wait in the mini-van that Courtney brought them in. Suddenly, Bridgette began to realize that she had forgotten something.
"What did 你 forget Bridge?"Geoff asked.
"I forgot the cam-quarter; wait right here and I'll be right back."she said.
"Hurry up Bridge,"he said,"we haven't got all night.!"
S she too went back into Trent's house. Meanwhile, ten 分钟 before she went in to get the cam-quarter, Trent went back into his room. Suddenly, he heard a voice from behind him. It truned out to be Courtney.
"Uh.. 嘿 Trent.!"she 说 as she tappde him on his shoulder.
"Oh..Courtney, what are yiou still doing here?"he asked.
"I-I wanted to give 你 something."She said,"But I just don't know how to."
Trent said,"Well it's o.k. Courtney, what ever you've got, just give it to me now."
With that, she touched Trent's face, wrapped her arms around him and kissed him right on the lips. As she kissed Trent, he slowly closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around her back.Trent was suprized as well as Bridgette. For when she walked in to get her camera, she was shocked to see Courtney and Trent making out.
When Courtney stopped 接吻 Trent, she looked deep into his eyes. As they both starred at each other, Courtney began to break down and cry. As she cried, she cried on Trent's shoulder.
"What's wrong Courtney.?"He asked," Why are 你 crying?"
"Oh Trent, I'm so sorry."She 说 saddly,"I know how it feels to be used. Duncan used me not only to get myself voted out But also to get to Gwen. And she didn't care about how you'd feel until it was too late.""It's o.k. Courtney, I'll get by."He 说 as he hugged her even more. His down and suprised look on his face turned to warmth and happiness. While Courtney's sad face turned to 爱情 and compassion.
"So now what are we going to do Trent.?"she asked.
"I have no idea." he said.
"Are 你 sure?" she 说 with a grin on her face.
"Yes-s-s."Trent said. And with that moment, they made out again. As they kisse4d more, they began to 移动 a little bit. Until they both stumbled and fell on to Trent's bed. After they finally stopped, Trent found himself on 最佳, 返回页首 of Courtney.
Courtney smiled and said,"Oh Trent, 你 are oh so nasty."
He glared at Courtney and said,"What are 你 talking about.?"
"Tren-nt,'she said,"push yourself off me a little and look down."
So he did as she suggested. When he looked down at their pants, he saw that his Major Woodrow had pitched a tent right 下一个 to her 爱情 pocket. Not only that but she could feel his flagploe rising.
"Uh-oh."said Trent but before they could anything else, a noise came up from the living room. When Trent had finally got off of Courtney,walked to the living room, separately. There they found Bridgette on the carpet floor.
"Are 你 o.k. Bridgette?"they asked.
"Yeah, I'm o.k.. I just tripped over this foot stool."she said.
"Well just what were 你 doing here?" Courtney asked suspiciously.
"Nothing,"she said,"I just forgot my cam-quarter, so I came back to get it. Oh 由 the way, Owen's too big to fit in Geoff car. You'll have to take him home, o.k.?"
"O.K. then, is that all?"Courtney asked.
"Yeah, that's it."said Bridgette with a timid look on her face.
"Are 你 sure?"Trenton asked.
"Well, let's just say that whatever goes on in your bedroom is your business Trent."she 说
Trent smiled again and said,"Thanks Bridgette; and thank 你 Courtney.!"
Courtney blushed and said,"Well, I guess I'd better be going now. Good-bye Trent and here's my cell phone number. Call me if 你 want to hang out 或者 something. Especially when you'er not thinking of Gwen."
So after they 说 their goodbyes, he sat down in front of the T.V. set and started to relax. After all of his 老友记 had finally left, his family finally came 首页 at last. When his parents and his sisters stepped in, his dad said,"See honey, I told 你 he'd be safe. And look, no attempts were made on his life."
"Oh Trent, are 你 .o.k.?" His mom asked.
"Yeah mom, I just need to rest for a while." Trent said."You have nothing to worry about. My 老友记 kept me company and everything's a-o.k.. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm really tired and I want to go to 床, 床上 now, goodnight."
"Well goodnight son." his parents 说 as they kissed him goodnight.
