It is NOT creative and original at all, IMO. It was a pathetic attempt to be creative, but it ended up being the lamest episode ever. Because, no, in REAL life it could not happen. In real life crazy psychiatrists don't beat handsome boys to death with baseball bats out of jealusy. It was done only due to shock the audience (which is lame) and this is a number one thing that makes me disappoint in a tv-show. Rule number one, writers: care about a STORY, not about being shocking and creative. And even if you want to be creative, it should look natural, not lame and annoying.
