After a couple of days, Joan was discharged but they kept Sherlock in for 更多 observation along with Mycroft. As his brother slept, Sherlock couldn't help but blame himself. Half an 小时 later, Moriarty was in police custody. Gregson thanked them both and left to let them get some rest.
