I really don't think so. Snape wasn't as bad as we all thought, but he still wasn't a good person. He was still the person who "knew more dark magic than the kids in seventh grade", and who tormented Neville endlessly. Had the details of his life been different, he would have been different, but there was definitely a cruel streak in him.

^ He was a good person, just not perfect. James and Sirius both also had a cruel streak, but no one seems to doubt James having been a good father or Sirius having been a loving father figure to Harry.

I always imagine his my dad before sleeping, besides having a baby i think that would change him into a much more tender man.

I don't see why not his Dad was bad so he wouldn't want to be like that.

Snape is maybe cold on the Outside, But He is still a Good Person on the Inside.

First he has to learn to show his soft side again. He covered it behind cold dungeon walls for a long time since he lost Lily. But love could slowly break the ice, could soothe the bitterness in him. He may need time and patience, but it is not impossible. There's so much good in him! <3
