I mean, his fingers in the small cauldron. I don't think I am far off the mark... Look how that small cauldron is dripping - with what ? When I watched that pic, I could not help thinking about a song by Celestina Warbeck which mentioned "stirring a cauldron full of love" or something like that. On the other hand, those red gloves (in dragon hide ?) really puzzled me. OK, he may be wearing them because of the heat. But from another level of understanding, don't they mean that Severus may be... cautious regarding sex and sexuality ? Handle things with caution ? Gloves that would act like condoms ? I am puzzled.
