Just out of couriousity, if you've made a playlist dedicated to Severus, what songs are on it?

My main ones are (Oddly enough, in story progression, LOL):

1. 音乐 of the Night, Phantom of the Opera: And suddenly 你 care about the Phantom, whom everyone else except for Madame Giry, seems to fear and distrust. (Lily/Snape romance)

2. Turning Tables, Adele: And Snape makes the mistake of driving Lily away.

3. 爱情 Bites, Def Leppard: Snape feels the downside of loving someone who does not 爱情 你 back.

4. Rolling in the Deep, Adele: Snape makes the mistake after Lily's rejection of turning to Voldemort.

5. King Nothing, Metallica: After accidently betraying Lily and the prophecy to Voldemort, he loses her, feeling like 'Then it all crashes down, and 你 break your crown'. (This song really speaks to me of Severus!)

6. Sweet Dreams, Eurythmics: No matter how far he goes, Voldemort wants to use him, he's offered himself up to Dumbledore and be bound to him to be used, he suffers abuse after abuse and heaps abuse on those around him.

7. Going Under, Evanescence: Now he's playing the double life, losing parts of himself with how long he's had to play it.

8. Until It Sleeps, Metallic: All the things he's been made to experience and watch, are horrible, only wishing for peace of some kind.

9. I'll Do Anything For Love, Meatloaf: 你 find out that everything he's done has been for love, as he lays dying, refusing to forget Lily, even in his last moments.

10. Carry On Wayward Son, Kansas: Chorus speaks for itself....
"Carry on, my wayward son
For there'll be peace when 你 are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't 你 cry no more."
(I 爱情 this song, when I listened to it the first time after finishing 阅读 the book, the death scene flashed into my head, cause maybe now he had some peace.)

both songs 由 LeAnn Rimes. They sum up pretty much how Severus is one to never forget. He also did all the loving and the hurting most of his life.

I think the catchphrase for the Tim 伯顿 movie "Sweeney Todd" (in which Alan Rickman played too), was most fit for Severus : "Never forget, never forgive".
