Are there any orphanages still operating in the United States?

I'm 写作 a fanfiction and my character was born around late 1995 and she had no living family considering her mother was killed the 日 of her birth and her father was no where to be found, most likely on the run out of the country. I need her to have been in a fairly nice orphanage where she was at least treated well, as long as it was operating between the years of 1990 to 2005. Preferably a Lutheran orphanage but it doesn't have to be.
