Listen to happy music, sing, dance like none is watching, eat ice cream, go in the shower, write down what 你 are feeling, 或者 take a nap somehow going to the 淋浴 makes me think so does sleeping, it could clear your head, and the 淋浴 may make 你 talk to your self about what happened xD :p I know it sounds weird :p

(Whenever I say the word cliche it reminds me of a 卷饼, 墨西哥卷饼 wearing a 宽边帽, 阔边帽 but anyway..) -Pig out on 爆米花 或者 ice cream -Watch the SVU Marathon on USA (this always works for me.) -Listen to Weird Al 或者 Beiber Fever (unless of course you're in 爱情 with Justin Beiber) -Listen to your 最喜爱的 songs -Watch Britain/America's Got Talent and laugh at all the people who are worse off than you.
