Duh. It is a legendary pokemon.

It depends for me,..well you could teach Fire Rock Smash,which is super effective against Dark Pokemon because it's a fighting move..but the attack doesn't have much power..but for me it's really hard to say,but I give this one to Fire,sorry Blacky.
