I wasn't surprised though. I figured that would be the dumb cliffhanger. I heard he'd end up with brooke in vegas in 602. Not sure if it's true, but even if is, it won't be her he proposed to. Brucas never had a "moment" in 518. Lundsey did. and so did Leyton. So it's either lindsey or peyton he proposed to. If brooke really is with luke in vegas, either peyton or lindsey turned him down so he settled for brooke so he wouldn't have to waste his ticket :P

LIZISME, i'm talking about them still having a "I still love you - and not just as a friend" moment. You'd be a minority if you think brucas had anything more than a platonic moment. Leyton actually poured their heart out to each other and so did lindsey to luke. If luke does end up calling brooke, it'll be him copping out of his feelings - yet again. but that's my opinion.
