Both! He needs a little of both! (Gina's parenting skills aren't the best at the moment, but he still "loves" her, PS: NOT her fault!)

Emma has the better "parenting skills" at the moment, so she looks after him and keeps him safe-ISH, whilst Gina looks out for him and tells him "I love you" over 20 times throughout this season lol! ;P And he only says it back ONCE! (An improvement though.)

No doubt of that.Regina is to selfish to love him for real.Some people just forget that she kills her own father.

Both are good moms. That's not true at all! I mean dying for a whole town is so selfish right? She'd do anything for Henry and she does love him for real. Emma is really reckless at times and that could be dangerous for Henry.

Both have some serious parenting flaws, but emma's are more like your normal overworked inexperienced and unprepared single mother problems while gina's are the recovering sociopath who killed her own father and then named her son after him type problems. It's obvious who would be awarded custody despite the fact that Gina *IS* legally Henrys mom and has more experience and a more stable household. I do think that they should both be part of his life however, because anyone can see that they both love him more then anything else in the world.

As most are saying, I do think both deserve him.

He's HER kid! Emma was just the egg donor.

Emma is a MUCH better mother but despite what others say, and despite my hate for Regina, they're both his mother's. I hated how Regina always said Emma wasn't his mother so I felt Emma saying Regina wasn't his was justified. However if she ever says it again I'll be mad at her too, I think Emma being able to say it once was enough because she is the good guy after all. I think in the end Emma should get married to Neal, Regina moves in with them, and all three of them raise Henry. Wow that would be an interesting thing to see lol.
