So I just wanted to chat to the internet, once again. What I'm going to talk about is related to Swanfire and Captain 天鹅 BUT WAIT, it has very little to do with my opinions about the ships. I'm not going to say anything possibly offensive, I just want to put some of my hopes for this 显示 out there. So even though I ship Swanfire, I have to be honest with myself. Most likely Emma and Hook will be together, the writers have set it up to such an extent that I doubt they won't go with it. Plus a large amount of OUAT 粉丝 are CS shippers. They probably wouldn't want to risk losing such an amount...

The Tallahassee Flashbacks

I believe that the writers were trying to create a tragic romance in Neal and Emma's backstory, a scenario where she would realistically believe that he'd used her but in truth it'd been a sacrifice. However, it didn't fully work, not for me anyway. My main problem with their relationship in the Tallahassee flashbacks is the fact that Neal didn't need to betray Emma to the police. It's implied that the shock of being arrested and imprisoned was required to frighten Emma out of her current criminal lifestyle, but surely Neal could have simply told her that he wanted...
