I think that the reason why we don't see Archie anymore is because he's not a main character. We used to see him a lot as he's a therapist and was treating Henry in season 1. However, now that Henry isn't undergoing therapy, Archie has 迷失 his place.

But there are so many other characters who could use his help. Plus Granny, the dwarves, and Blue Fairy aren't main characters but we see them a lot.
