Where did the book come from? I'm sure this 问题 has already been asked, but i can't find it!

I'm assuming Rumple created the book and somehow made sure it wound up in Mary Margaret's hands so she would then pass it onto Henry. Do 你 think the book was created in Fairytale land 或者 in Storybrooke?
