MLP Sci-fi RP idea

I 爱情 sci-fi novels and 电影院 of all kind. And today I thought... why not mix it with ponies? This RP should take place in ponykind's distant future and would include hardcore high-tech stuff, spaceships, aliens, new worlds waiting to be explored, adventures, etc. in the style of the 2013 JJ Abrams 星, 星级 Trek movie, Into Darkness.

This is just a vague idea, but I'd like to know if anyone's interested in participating in such a RP.
