Another RP idea
Okay I have another idea of epic proportions. Sunset Shimmer returns to Equestria and steals the time travel spell. She uses it to go back in time to ruin Twilight Sparkle's life and make sure she will never be accepted in the School for Gifted Unicorns, thus won't be recognized 由 Celestia.
Of course, in doing so, she drastically alters the future and Twilight wakes up in a world where Sunset Shimmer is an alicorn 皇后乐队 and the Element of Magic. She is the leader of the Supreme 6, who formed a dictatorship, called Neo-Equestria.
Twilight is the only one who remembers what her world was used to be like, but since she's a regular unicorn with almost no magic at all she seeks help from the Resistance. and guess who are the leaders of the Resistance? Yes! Nightmare Moon, Chrysalis, Sombra and Discord (and their soldiers are Gilda, Trixie, Diamond Tiara, Lightning Dust... etc.)!
Since Sunset Shimmer wisely destroyed every scroll of the time travel spell, she's the only one who knows it, therefore Twilight has to find another way back in time to restore the world to its original state, before the final war of ponykind erupts and destroys everything.
Yay, it's time for role reversal! I imagine it to be an RP with canon characters only, but since it's an alternate timeline, 你 can completely redefine the character of a bad guy (which is a good guy here), meaning Diamond Tiara doesn't have to be such a mean, spoiled brat, 或者 Silver Spoon could be an excellent archer 或者 sniper for example.
