Yes, there's no name released for him up to this point, but I call him Zenith.

I dont really know but the 小马 in "games ponies play" in Rainbow's flash back the 小马 beside 彩虹 and her dad with the purple main and dark purple 涂层, 外套 is 彩虹 Shine.
