Just dont watch it if 你 feel that way! If I had kinds i'd be fine with them seeing that. Its not like the dress slips 或者 anything, I mean heck its really a normal dress, If she were wearing like a bikini 或者 something, thats another story. Kids and Teens ALL OVER the place dress like that, and no once seems to care. I think the dress is fine, and it's not like Katy's drawing attention to her boobs 或者 anything. It'd also be a different matter if she were being sexy 或者 suggestive, but thats just how modern people dress.
I think that theres nothing to fuss about, and its just stupid parents trying to be overly protective about nothing.
