No. It's actually onme of my LEAST fave songs 由 her. It's def not her best. I didnt like the addition of Snoop Dog, and the lyrics and stufff were awkward. Definetly not her best song 由 any means, but if her single Teenage Dream is any indication tho, the album will probably be good.
