A small intro
That is my first serious attempt to write an 文章 so please be tolerant.I've also have written a Chameron article,but that was just a spontaneous action.My native language isn't English so if 你 intend to read this you'd better be prepared for many spelling and vocabulary errors.As I had 说 before my 写作 skills are my weakness.I have failed once at the 写作 part at my english exams and since then I had accepted the fact that I will never be an 作者 或者 a journalist.I can't even write a fanfic...
The reason why I write this soapbox 文章 is just to express myself and share my thoughts with 你 ...I would like to explain 你 why Chase is my favourite character(not that 你 are really curious)

DR ROBERT CHASE:
Chase is an ambivalent character and causes a lot of feelings to the fans.He is obviously handsome,which makes him popular,especially with the female viewers.However he has appeared to be selfish and kiss-ass.

To begin with, there are so many reasons to hate him. He acted unacceptably when his job was threatened 由 Vogler. Not only he didn't want to lose his job(that's not bad) but also reacted so arrogantly and provokingly when he was sure he wasn't the one who would be fired .He almost betrayed House when he was telling Vogler and Cuddy about all his moves and didn't give a crap when Cameron quitted.
He constantly laughed with every single House's joke, even if it was a silly one and never dared to say what he was actually thinking of and express his opinion. Don't forget that it was Chase the one House was willing to "sacrifice" to Vogler's demand.
Then another weak point. He hated fat people. He was so rude to the fat girl 或者 absent at that obese man's diagnosis.
I have heard many bad critisisms about his character and I have to agree that some of them are true.

But 你 guys are probably confused. Why do I stress out all his disadvantages? What I'm trying(so desperately-lol) to say is that I know his defects, I recognise them and understand them. Despite that, I still believe there are way too many reasons to 爱情 him.

你 see he is a very tortured man. He had an awful childhood as his mother was an alcoholic and his father abandoned them. His mother, even 更多 depressed started drinking 更多 and 更多 and finally died leaving him alone and don't giving him the chance to have a ,not necessarily sweet and dreamy, but at least normal, childhood.
All this pain, can be figured out in the episode "Cursed" when he meets his dad
" I’d tell 你 my dad left, my mum drank herself to death… 你 gonna care about me more?
I don’t hate him. I loved him until I figured out it hurts a lot less to just not care. 你 don’t expect him to turn up to your football match? No disappointments. 你 don’t expect a call on your birthday, don’t expect to see him for months? No disappointments. 你 want us to go make up? Sink a few beers together, nice family hug? I’ve 给 him enough hugs. He’s 给 me enough disappointments."
he tells to House when he wants to find out 更多 about his reaction to his dad sudden appearance.

But no matter how much pain he had taken from him, he understands that he is his dad and kind of forgives him.He finds him and says goodbye unaware that it was the last time he would see him.Some months later his dad dies from lung cancer.Once again he stays alone.

But now I'd like to talk to 你 about the good aspects about his character.After all this is what gets the better of him.

First of all he is adorable with children.Maybe because his childhood was so bad that has made him 更多 sensitive with children.The first time I realise how caring he is,is in the episode "Maternity" when he can't admit that the infant had died and keeps electocuting it.Additionally he made that kid Gabe to trust him and tell him where had he been and that he was...cursed. .It is undeniable that his is great with them,knows how to talk to
And of course I will never forget how absolutely sweet and adorable he was when he kissed Andie,the 9-year-old girl that had cancer.Of course there are many other sircumenctances when he treated cihldren so nice and caring but scared to forget something I will stop here.That makes me firmly believe that he will be a great father(let's hope Cameron is the mother)

Moreover I believe that he is very smart,which makes him even 更多 sexy.He was the one who found what was wrong with Alice,the little kid.House nearly maimed that little girl and when Chase told him what she had, he didn't care because of the pain and the vicodin detox.(episode finding Judas)He also found out that Fran the old lady was poisoned in the episode Airborne.Finally he found out that Greta,the pilot with synaesthesia
had Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome.(episode the right stuff)
But it isn't only the patients that he was the one who diagnosed them.He always comes up with brilliant and special ideas and gives many solutions.For example he suggested they do a transcranial ultrasound when they hadn't the means to do a CT scan because the hospital was dealing with minigitis and Cuddy didn't believe that House had a real case(episode Kids)

Furthermore he is pleasant and funny.I will never forget the "Your momma’s so fat, when her beeper goes off, people think she’s backing up" .Well, to be honest I didn't find so funny what he was saying but the way he was saying it.I laugh every time I watch that scene.

And of course his appearance.His wonderful blue eyes,his fantastic lips and his sexy hair.And I have to admit that Chase is the only guy with not-short hair I like.I always hated men with long hair but he just look magnificent.And of course his absolutely hot aussie accent.I can hear him talking and talking and never get enough from him...

But now I'm going to confess why I really 爱情 him so much.Because ... he loves Cameron.It doesn't sound really logic but let me explain that to you:
I 爱情 how sweet he is to her.And there is finally a guy that plays the girls' role.They were having sex but he was the one who "wanted more", who wanted a relationship.I 爱情 him because he glowed only 由 looking her picture(fetal position),because he asked for more(Airborne).Because he offered her the not-stolen 花 and after she told him she didn't want a relationship with him he replied:"I know. I also know 你 like flowers".Because he kept reminding her that "It's Tuesday" after he had been rejected so many times.Because he was fired and still asked her out...Again...I just find him unbearably sweet and cute at these moments!

A small conclusion
All these aren't something I haven't told before.It is 更多 like gathering all my thoughts.And now I re-read it I realise once again how great he is.I honestly wish there was a guy out there like him(what really frightens me is that I really mean what I say)

If 你 like him just continue,he deserves it.If not think about it again.You maybe missed his wonderful side.

A smaller conclusion
just for fun
He maybe deserves even 更多 than 你 thing, considering the fact that I can't 移动 my arms(first days at the gym) but still use my big dictionaries to make as little mistakes as possible.
