It was a hot sunny summer afternoon at Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital. Patients, either from Drug Addict Section 或者 Psych Ward, were all hot tempered as they lined up and eat their food. Guards were standing at the four corners of the room to facilitate the crowd in case a riot builds up between patients.
A patient was walking to his 表 from the counter when he happened to pass 由 House and noticed that he was his doctor. He stopped and placed his 食物 on House’s table. House on the other hand, slowly looked up to him.
House: What do 你 want?
The psych patient laughed and all the other patient turned to look at them.
Patient: I can’t believe this is the place where we’ll see each other again…
House: Shut up 或者 I’ll give 你 another insulin shock…
Patient: <Chuckled> Can’t do that anymore… Might as well remember this all the time… You’re not a son of a 婊子, 子 doctor anymore House… You’re like the rest of us ---
House looked around and noticed that all people that are in the room are looking at them. He felt like they’re piercing his soul, his only possession, with their fierce stares.
Patient: <slowly delivered> A common piece of crap…
The patient was laughing in a devilish tone and House, who was then pissed off, stood up and punched him hard. The patient stumbled down and foods fly above them. House succeeded to kick him and hit him again but when he was about to hit the man for the third time, guards finally got his arms and prevented him to the same thing as he did. Other guards helped the man to stand up as blood come running down from its mouth. The door of the cafeteria manager’s office opened up and Dr. Pitt went out and he gently urged House to go out of the room.

That evening, he was throwing up in the bathroom. His eyes were bloodshot red again as big rounded sweat ran down his face like before. Dr. Pitt and two other nurses were there, helping him cope with his present state. He got the glass filled with golden rod colored water from a reaching hand beside him.
House: What’s this?
He looked up to the person who was reaching the glass to him and he was surprised to see Cuddy smiling back.
Cuddy: Ginger tea…
He smiled back and drank the 茶 that he was told will cure him. He didn’t bother to complain about the bitterness of the drink since he was too preoccupied with the thought of having Cuddy again in front of him while Pitt and the nurses were surprised with House gulping straight the water.
House: <Smiling> I’m so happy you’re here… <stammered> to visit me…
Cuddy: <startled> Of course, I am here… --- I’m always here…. I’m your doctor…
House: No, you’re not…
Cuddy: As long as you’re here… I am your doctor…
House: Yes… And 由 the time I went out here… I’ll be your boyfriend…
House uttered this with glint in his eyes. But in the real world, there was actually no Cuddy (again). It was another House’s hallucination. It was actually Dr. Pitt that he was talking to.
Dr. Pitt: House…
House figured out the reality again. There was no Cuddy. He felt stupid for saying the things he said, especially now that he realized that it was his doctor who heard those words.
Dr. Pitt: Are 你 with me?
House: <stammered> Yes…
Then out of nowhere, Kutner and Amber appeared and he was looking at them.
Kutner: Again… Too bad it isn’t true…
He looked at Amber who was smiling a villain smile before he look back at Dr. Pitt again.

It was mid night when Dr. Pitt woke House up because he was having a “nightmare”. He was screaming and in his mind, everything’s real. He was panting hard as his doctor took the 座位 beside his 床, 床上 and he sat down instead of lying.
House: I shouldn’t sleep again… It was a frightening one…
Dr. Pitt: I don’t think so… <House looked at him> 你 were moaning…
House sighed.
Dr. Pitt: Greg, I’m afraid we’re dealing with something deeper than your mental “defect” here…
House: It’s just a dream… You’re basing your diagnosis on a dream… How screwed up is that?
Dr. Pitt: Look, if I’m right and this kind of symptom you’re exhibiting will continue then, I’m sorry because I have to admit 你 to a higher level than 你 are now. You’ll be spending time with the guy you’ve just beaten this morning, upstairs, in the psych ward.
Dr. Pitt stood up and walked to the door while House was looking worried.
Dr. Pitt: And House…
House looked at him…
Dr. Pitt: It wasn’t JUST a dream… It’s a fantasy… 你 were calling your boss’s name, 由 the way…
Dr. Pitt pulled the slide door and he went out leaving it close again.
House took a deep breath as Amber came out of the bathroom again, walking seductively in front of his bed.
Amber: <sing song> House and Cuddy, seating on a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G <laughed>.
