"MUSICAL ELEMENT" to House? (more in information)

In a 狐狸 interview @ the Paley Center with Hugh Laurie, the interviewer asks whether there will be a musical number on the 显示 (because she was talking about Lin-Manuel Miranda joining the show). Hugh responds 由 saying that there sort of is and he is out of his element, and it is something he has never done before. He has sang, played guitar, harmonica, and piano. What is left that he HASN'T done that is musical, and STILL House-like?
