today I found a pretty good tutorial on how to make screencaps (automatically, 你 don't have to press a button each time 你 want to create a screencap).

I found it on livejournal, downloaded the programm, tried it and I'm currently uploading my first own screencaps from the House episode : 1x19.

My head hit the 枕头 as I rolled over, looking at my cell for time 6:45 am. I looked at the pile of papers on my 台, 办公桌 and regretted my foolish actions, but I needed to forget about them it was my day. I rolled over again throwing myself out of 床, 床上 preparing myself, the names came up in my head kellan, tony, Abby, ziva, poppy, emily I loved them but not as much as I should so I threw their names away along with the papers. Today I discovered the magic of mudras ,they rock! :)
As per Eastern philosophies and culture and Yogic practices, 'Mudras' are systematic hand gestures.
The advantage is, 你 only need your fingers (which should be always with 你 anyways xD) and 你 can do the mudras almost everywhere, everytime. ^_^ That makes them so easy and they are also a great idea to do when 你 are bored because 你 are for example in the train 或者 waiting for someone.
