2. At the moment 你 can't. It was 说 to open in Octobet but was later decided that they'd be making improvements to the site so it remains unopen. Some people gained early access 由 completing the magic quill challenge that took place over the summer. So unfortunately 你 won't be able to 加入 yet.

3. Yes this is true. 你 get five choices for your name selected at 随意 in which 你 can pick your favirote. It was 说 that it was for safety reasons so people won't use their real names.

2.Tecnicaly it hasn't started but if 你 were willing to stay up to 4 o'clock in the morning, 你 got an account. But it hasn't opened to the public yet.
