Oh, that one. I thought 你 were talking about in the begining. In the movie, it shows Harry doing his homework 由 using spells. In the book, 做傻事, 福吉 says that due to the "present climate" they weren't going to punish Harry for the underage spells he'd done (he'd also blown up his Aunt).
I did wonder after 阅读 OotP. But as Harry had been summoned for a trial 由 the Wizengamot as part of a plot to expel him from Hogwarts and the UK wizarding community, I really wondered if this whole rule was not just bullshit. After all, it's expected that kids may do their homework during holidays, eh ?
it never happened in the 图书 alright! so i never bothered about the movie version. it was a minor plot hole, because in the movie we can see harry studying using the light of his wand and it is stupid because, according to jkr, he should have gotten a warning letter.shouldnt he?
I read somewhere that according to JK, after they had that in the movie, apparently the ministry was slightly extra lenient with Harry's magic use because of the whole Sirius Black escaping issue.
They were too worried with him being out at night, running away and being alone considering there was a "murderer" on the loose,so they didnt really care. Hey, they forgave the whole Marge-Balloon thing am I right?
