Trouble changing my 电子邮箱 address

So I want to change the 电子邮箱 address attached to this account from the one it's attached to now which I don't really check to the one I use all the time for registering on websites.

But I already signed up for an account on the desired 电子邮箱 address and did not like the name so had signed up for this one. So I just now deleted the account using the desired 电子邮箱 address yet it's still saying when I try to attach it to this account that it's already "associated with a registered account". How? I deleted that account! How do I make it recognize this?

contact dave 或者 papa tell them what account 你 deleted and what address was attached to it and so one just put all in a private message to either of them.

Well maybe 你 didn't 删除 the saved draft most things 你 make an account for have a 秒 place there stored just incase it accidently gets deleted i suggest restarting your computer and changing your files and if this doesn't help ring someone who works at the desks 或者 send them a message.
