I've posted questions here before and no one bothers to answer them, maybe I should put it in the form of a fan pick question they seem to be more popular, my question is - can someone advertise on one of my spots in the form of a forum comment? I checked the person's profile and theres nothing in it or on it, do I have a troll???

yeah sorry i forget to check the forums on here..no one knows why we dont get a "new forum added" update..but i have commented on the pick now :)

My answer is: they can, but they shouldn't. It's certainly a breach of etiquette, so bad that you can report them for it as "spammers".
