The more the better. :D But sometimes, I'm not sure, too, because I think Gerda is not a princess. Maybe Disney can change that or... make a non-princess main female character a princess like Mulan?

Well in the original Snow Queen story there is not a princess.
But maybe Disney will change the story...

There is a princess in the original story but she's not a main character. I read the story on wikipedia and now I'm watching an old anime of it. :P I want to be familiar with the story before the movie comes out.

OK let's get this straight BACK THEN when Mulan officially realeased which person would say 'YES she belong with the Princesses!'? So if the movie 'Frozen (Snow Queen )' do well and bring money and the main heroine (Gerda) has the DP qualities (be enought old, kind, pretty, sing, have a love interest, wear a fancy dress etc) and not being an actual princess I don't see a reason why not.

I guess we'll see then.

diluka96 They had Mulan join because she's asian and they wanted diversity of races of the disney princess court. I don't think they will do the same with Gerda unless somehow she becomes a princess. Besides she's like 10-12 so I think age will probably get in her way too.
