@Princesslullaby: I think we're meant to assume that they had been training for a while before Shang gave up on Mulan. The rest of the men had been making progress, while Mulan continued to fall behind. (The scene where they're running up the side of the mountain with those weights- the men run as a group, but Mulan falls behind).

the part where John Smith get captured by the Powhatan tribe because they accused him of killing Kocoum. (Although it was understandable why John Smith let them b/c he was taking Thomas' place since Thomas was the one who really killed Kocoum).

Kristoff is my favorite, and although a lot of people don't like him in the scene after the wolf chase, I do.
